So happy with my lashes! Adri did an amazing job. I got these lashes for a ski trip to Utah and they held up perfectly. I would like to note that I bo...oked my appointment super last minute and she was very accommodating and patient with me. Also the most gentle lash tech I have ever worked with. Thanks Adri! he came to my house for 2 hours the next day they shut me up I sent a photo, he said he would do them again on Saturday or Sunday, he didn't write to ...me for a whole day and we arranged for the morning and he was offended because I told him to take care of the withholding Why couldn't I have wasted so much time and money so that the job would last one day and that was the reason why I made her come to my house TIME, I asked her for the money back since she wouldn't come to redo the job and she never answered me, I request the refund Show more

Hello, this is unfortunate that you would tell a blatant lie… You messaged me in the week and said a few of your lashes did not last due to oily skin I offered to fix them for you free of charge you did not respond back to me until a few days later that they then pretty much all came off 🤔 you began to rant in both Spanish and English about not wanting to go through another two hours and so forth so I kindly decided to part ways because you kept ranting. There was absolutely NO APPOINTMENT set and because I decided to part ways you then requested a refund. There is no refund. You paid for travel service and a full set and that is exactly what you got. There was no broken contract. This sadness me that you would go to these lengths but like I said before... I wish you all the best 😃
