Hi Illene, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback I’m sorry the haircut didn’t turn out the way you wanted. I take pride in my fades and I’m disappointed I didn’t deliver what you were looking for on the back and left side. I did notice you were moving quite a bit and checking your phone during the cut, which can make it harder to get clean, even lines (especially on fades). Next time, if you can stay as still as possible and keep your shoulders relaxed, it helps a lot. I’d be happy to fix it for you at no charge if you’d like to come back in, just let me know what day/time works. Appreciate you, and I hope we can make it right. Anthony
