Showed up early for a scheduled appointment, wasn’t taken on time, and ended up getting skipped. Left without a haircut. I had heard good things abou...t this shop and booked a 9:00am appointment after moving back to Louisiana. I arrived 10 minutes early and sat near the barber I had scheduled with. Another barber briefly asked who I was there for, which I answered. At the time, the barber I had booked with was still finishing up with someone, which is understandable. The problem came when he finished more than 20 minutes into my appointment time and then immediately brought another client into the chair instead of me. By then I was already late for work and had to leave without a haircut. I’d recommend the shop consider having a clearer system for managing appointments whether that’s greeting clients as they come in, checking who’s on the schedule, or just confirming appointments before taking the next walk-in. It would go a long way in making new customers feel valued. At this point, I can’t say I’d recommend the shop unless you’re already a regular. Show more
