For starters I had my appointment scheduled at 3:30 and she said she was sorry and she’d be with me in 5 minutes because she was still working with a ...client. I waited 40minutes after my appointment time before I was helped. Once we got started she didn’t even wash my hair and I paid 56 dollars for this appointment. I asked for enough off that my hair looked healthy but that it wasn’t short. She took half an inch off and when I said i’d like her to take more off she didn’t. She was super nice and friendly during and after the appointment but I am so frustrated and i’m in tears because I spent the last of my money on an experience that I left looking the exact same as when I came in, an hour of my time wasted, and 56 dollars taken from my bank account. I really just wanted a refund.

Hey dear,thanks for the review,you never sound not happy while you are here which I don’t understand and it’s was a miss communication after you said you wanted a trim,the dead ends off and later you said not like 6 inches was bad and never heard you said anything of three inches ,sorry the wait with it was my previous client was late,thanks for the review.

I booked an appointment for a silk press and cut! Sandra took her time with my hair and we were there past close which I didn’t mind because I wanted... to finish the same day. I had to come back again the next day because my hair didn’t silk press like it was suppose to and Sandra was very accommodating. She booked me after her last appointment. Sandra didn’t charge me extra for the treatment she did and offered some helpful hair care tips! She and her staff were super friendly and polite.
