Nice person and does neat braids, just need to be up front about the styles she can't do and listen to customers when they have a picture of the style...s they want and hair color. Don't just do anything and use whatever hair color you have without saying anything and expect the customer to just be ok with it. Especially when the customer confirmed in advance the hair color and specific style. Show more
