Hi, I’d like to clarify a few things from your review. Your appointment was booked for 8:30am. At that exact time, I marked “ready” on my booking system. A few minutes later, you called saying you were delayed by traffic, and then again saying the address had taken you elsewhere. While no other client has experienced that issue, I still shared my live location and after several calls you arrived at 9:00am — 30 minutes late. When I began your service, your hair was still damp, tangled, and not properly blown out, which made braiding difficult. I had to carefully blow-dry it section by section. This was not “ripping out” hair, but necessary detangling. Around noon, I reminded you I had another client at 1:30. Because of your late start, your service overlapped, so I briefly paused to service them. In front of you, I opened a brand-new comb and gel. The comb used on your hair remained in your hair when I stepped away, so the claim about tool hygiene is inaccurate. You left complimenting my speed and saying your hair looked beautiful. I take pride in my professionalism, and it’s important future clients know lateness affects the entire schedule.
