I never write reviews due in most part that most to all businesses usually fix issues when they occur, but this one really got ridiculous. Both guys d...o a great job at cuts. Not taking anything away from them on that, but scheduling is a nightmare with Jeremy. Only been there a hand full of times and was canceled on 2 separate occasions with no attempt on the first to reschedule. I just got a no-reply on the first one when he canceled and he never attempted to reschedule. Second time the same thing happens, then when I FINALLY did get in touch with him he just acts like it was my fault that HE canceled. This is not how you treat your customers who are trying to work with you as if I canceled on you. I literally had to chase him down to even attempt to reschedule it. Great experience when I could get in, but not doing it again with him and will not be going back because you have no idea if you'll actually get your cut done on any time within their own booking system. Even if you schedule it days in advance. Had zero issues chase. He was always professional. Show more

Booked for 7:00 a.m. on a Monday and was greeted with more welcoming energy than anywhere else I've received a cut. The conversation was constant, whi...ch I thoroughly enjoyed, because who just wants to sit there in silence and stare at each other? Communication between Jeremy and myself was great, which translated ever so nicely into the hairstyle I was looking for. First time cut with this phenomenal barber and definitely not the last. I look forward to Jeremy giving me another shape up when it comes closer to my wedding day so I can stand tall and look good doing it. Show more
