Not even close to being worthy of my hard earned money. Sadly, Nicole insisted that I was early for an appointment, but wouldn’t let me show her my ap...pt confirmation. She was rude and dismissive. This was after having been turned around the previous day because she didn’t have me in her schedule app. I believe her schedule app isn’t working for her. Anybody going to Nicole should make sure they double check the schedule day/time and confirm with her and the app. I hate giving such a poor review, but truthfully, I’ve never been treated so badly by a business owner. Hopefully, others don’t experience the same as I did. Show more

I went to get a haircut on the first day. That went well. While in the salon, I scheduled an appointment with Nicole for a hair coloring and somehow, ...she failed to enter me into her schedule for the date discussed while I was in her salon. So when I showed up for my appointment, she didn’t remember that we talked about it at my last appointment and actually scheduled it. I had to reschedule for the next day. Luckily, she had an opening. TBC. I’ll let you know how the color turns out. I hope it goes alright tomorrow! Show more
