If I could give it 0 I would and I’m normally a nice person. I got there right at 11am. I called I texted and she was a no show. From the reviews belo...w I could’ve just went by that but I said nah ima try it out. Literally was there up until 1230pm and left. My sister referred me per someone who did her hair just recently. Thought it would be a difference but no professionalism about calling and cancelling or letting the customer know anything. Please read the reviews because it’ll seem mixy but it’s all worth reading. Hate to leave a bad review but my braid falling out and I called to have it redone but no response…. I know two braids for a light skin is hard but th...is person charges the most on here for two braids. Figured I wouldn’t be disappointed…. If u light skin with 12 inches of hair or less stay away. I paid for nothing and very disappointed…. Ohhh and she was a hour late to appointment. Idk why some run a business like this… Show more

Hey sorry about what ever happened to your hair after you left. I provided top service and it wasn’t a hair out of place when you left. As of the next day I simply didn’t have the time to fix whatever you did to it. Lastly I wasn’t late I was behind. I was there when you arrived.
