I do apologize if you didn't like the haircut after you got your perm, but Respectfully. You booked an appointment the day before did a no call no show, come in the next day and say that the lady canceled your appointment for your perm you had with her. You still wanted to proceed with the haircut and you was going to get the perm afterwards, you were told it could be a 2 step process if you got the perm first then came for the haircut if not it's a 3 step process because you would need another haircut after your perm so that the style was cut to the curls from the perm seeing as how you have straight hair. As far as asking the other barber questions I'm surrounded by over 50 years of experience why wouldn't I ask them for help on a consultation where you show a picture of a haircut to a hair texture you didn't have at the time because you didn't have the perm yet. As far as you not returning sad to hear that I lost you as a client even though you were aware after the perm was done the haircut would look different.
