The fact you have to write a paragraph to get your points across says alot and it is 2022. Anyone or anybody whom sits in my space and engaged with me properly knows I am well versed and easy to comply to an issue. Some of y'all have issues beyond the hair and your upset I had to address the via phone call instead of all these paragraph messages. I redid those same two braids in your front and you kept going back to the car and coming back to my door. I checked your hair multiple times with a pull test and you agreed they were in all the way and should stay before you left. You texted me at 1 a.m talking about "I just wanted the money" but I went above and beyond to make sure you were straight. Ms.Jay your were very disrespectful and childish, looked at your profile picture with your tounge sticking out like a little girl. Ma'am bye because you could have gotten a partial refund or another appointment to redo before your graduation or birthday. I only apologize if the glue got on your natural hair because I am a natural hair care specialist however I advised you to come to me to take them down and I have affective methods to do so even with the glue mishaps.

Thanks for letting her first weave experience be with KeyyStyles although it may not be what you want it to look like mixed with her natural, no hard feelings. Also you might want to video as this photo is from an awkward angle. I took well long enough on your daughters hair as you all left at 11 p.m however when a child is not still in place and crying and yelling then yes this get harder to accomplish but I didn't leave her half headed. Thanks for the feed back as I probably won't be accepting any clients under 12 yrs old.
