Hello, I texted and informed you that I was not at the shop at that time and got no response at all. I even called and got no answer. Not sure if your phone was working or the number was correct that you provided here on Booksy but I did reach out to you and gave you notice that I was not in the shop at that particular time . Also, the shop owner told me you came by after I contacted you saying I would not be there. The power was out at the shop and we could not even provide haircuts at that time. This review is invalid.

I informed you and reached out to you that the appointment could not be provided due to the time you booked. You was not charged a fee at all. I would never charge anyone that I reach out to a fee especially. I have screenshots of our messages as well as screenshot of you not being charged. Not sure why you still proceed to show up to the shop after I stated I could not be there at that time and that we could reschedule. This review is invalid
