Cancelled our appointment twice the day of. Once hours prior after I planned my entire day, including arranging childcare. Then, cancelled again, as I... was in the parking lot! Minutes within our appointment time. Regardless of the reason, what floored me most was her lack of empathy with how she had inconvenienced me and had me waste gas from across town WITH these gas prices. I can’t comment on how the services were because I never received any. The customer service however? I’d give 0 stars to because what the heck.. Show more
