My husband and I reserved a private room and enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. He stayed in the water almost a minute! and I only did maybe 15 second...s...but I seriously cannot wait to go back. My body felt so alive after the plunge! Show more

Such a great experience. We booked the private room for my fiancé and I for the hour and we honestly could’ve been there longer. The sauna was incredi...ble and the cold plunge was such a challenge but felt unreal after finally making it in and through the three minute mark. The public space was really nice but if you’ve got the time and ability to splurge, spoil yourself on the private room, so worth it. Mahea was also super kind and funny and easy to talk to and super helpful, and made the whole experience easy and fun. Can’t wait to make the trip to haiku to do it again 😁 Show more
