My husband and I reserved a private room and enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. He stayed in the water almost a minute! and I only did maybe 15 second...s...but I seriously cannot wait to go back. My body felt so alive after the plunge! Show more

Such a great experience. We booked the private room for my fiancé and I for the hour and we honestly could’ve been there longer. The sauna was incredi...ble and the cold plunge was such a challenge but felt unreal after finally making it in and through the three minute mark. The public space was really nice but if you’ve got the time and ability to splurge, spoil yourself on the private room, so worth it. Mahea was also super kind and funny and easy to talk to and super helpful, and made the whole experience easy and fun. Can’t wait to make the trip to haiku to do it again 😁 Show more

Love going to elevate! Great saunas and cold plunge and always clean. Yasmine is very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all our questions. The pr...ivate room is a great value and one of me and my wife's favorite places to have a date. I also like to drop in the public area for a quick 20-30 minute recharge. Never too crowded and often have the sauna to my self. Show more

Love Love Love it !! Super friendly staff and calm relaxed environment ! The Spa and the plunge rendered me completely painfree ( I have fibromyalgia ...and autoimmune that brings me lots of pain ) for the first time in I dont know how long !! Highly recommend if you suffer from chronic pain ! I will be making Elevate a part of my wellness protocol and visit as often as I possibly can ! Show more

5 stars ! Did the private room infrared sauna and cold plunge with my bestie . We loved being able to link our music to the sauna while we sweat it ...out . The cold plunge was our first time and wow we had to try it twice because we couldn’t stay in for as long as we expected . We worked our way up to a minute before leaving .
