Coming from NY I’m not surprised at some level of disorganization and unprofessionalism at hair salons. The parking lot is small so I had to park next... door at a gas station but it wasn’t far. Getting a receptionist can help this place. When you walk in you’re not greeted. You’re pretty much looking for a friendly face to ask for assistance. I made an appointment and waited past my appointment time. Yeah I waited about 27 mins before being helped. The hair stylist (Martha) was nice once we got to talk.she seemed friendly and BIG PLUS. She spoke English! I do feel like my hair was over heated. It smelled like burnt hair. Perhaps the blowers or flat iron need replacing. I don’t believe I’d return.
