I showed up for an appointment at 1:20pm and there was a sign saying “will be right back for 2:30pm”. I came back at the time and saw another gentleme...n who stated that he came in for a 11:30 appointment and saw the same sign so came back. Very disappointed. Won’t even bother coming back. (All signs did state the business was open) False. Show more

AGAIN! NO SHOW! 3rd time in the past 2 years. Spoke with him about the missed appointment, same as before, a million excuses and sorry, sorry, sorry. ...I like the guy. I like his haircuts. I showed up at 4:05 for my scheduled appointment and the door was locked and the lights were off. *Edit: I showed up at 4:05pm for my scheduled appoi...ntment and the door was locked and the lights were off. I called the listed phone number and got no answer. I then texted that number that the door was locked. I got a response 7 hours later at 1 am. Peter did not apologize or try to make amends. I said I would try to make another appointment, but he is refusing to cut my hair because I stated what happened as above. I was going to replace this review if I could actually get my hair cut, he really is a good barber! but as he won’t cut my hair, please consider your time when booking. He might not be there and don’t expect a positive exchange if you reach out about it. Show more

I’m really not a small child And I’m over 40 years old I try to understand people I make an appointment many times somewhere but there is such a situation that a person either gets sick or something happened in the family or something else, a lot of people can happen to me clients who make an appointment are assigned to my hairdresser and don’t come, I don’t fine them, I don’t charge them money for this, I just try to understand the person, ask what’s the matter, explain that I’ll try not to repeat this if you don’t come Call or write to me Well, I don’t I run to all people I don’t tell I don’t write in all the newspapers around the city I don’t write on Google online everywhere at once about this person before I figured out the situation I wasn’t there I had a good reason, but he already painted everything everywhere to write .

Peter didn't even show up for the appointment. I called and left a message after waiting 15 minutes and then I waited another 15 minutes. I still have...n't heard back from him. I've been to see him twice before, and both times he was late to arrive. I was a repeat customer because I like Peter and the haircut was good. But never again. Show more

Showed up early at 2:50 and waited... around until 3:20 for my 3:00 confirmed appointment. I'd understand if something came up. Life happens.
