I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. I was told he was waiting for me. I took him not knowing that he was early. This could’ve been avoided by communication on my end and yours. The moment the other client sat in the chair, you could have informed me; rather than doing this, I would've made him wait and got him after. It was after I cut him that I realized that this happened! My apologies.
