Booking was confirmed on Booksy. Michelle never showed up.I texted her when I arrived ON TIME. She never responded, I left to get breakfast and came b...ack, she never showed, or even responded. I actually booked her again because my Daughter asked, since she previously did her hair. She could’ve at least responded. What is the point of confirming on Booksy to not show up? She literally wasted my entire morning, trash hairstylist. Update- After I left my review regarding her not showing up, and her poor customer she actually sent me a condescending text message, saying it was super weird I left a negative review. Instead of being professional, and accept that a client was not happy she decides to text message me saying I’m weird.But couldn’t respond when I asked if she would be there. Like what is that text message gonna do but make you look more unprofessional than you already do? Go somewhere else to get your hair done. Also the shop, if that’s what you want to call it, does not have a sink. She runs one of those, come washed, blow dried, basically do it your self “Shops”. If you want the full experience go to a professional. Show more
