It was a terrible service, she doesn’t know what she is doing there. She bleached out my entire skin with my hair and gave a horrible color, wasted my... entire day doing washing out my head with crazy ideas of color, I wanted platinum blonde but I received blue, pink and grey color of hair after Changing my appointment trices with different excuses per day. Let me just say that the customer service was really great. The atmosphere was awesome. She was super friendly & very respectful. My low review is ONL...Y because my hair wasn’t clean. The shampoo was only 5, maybe 6 minutes and my scalp wasn’t shampooed at all. I noticed that it was barely wet. I was expecting a really clean scalp and clean locs, but my scalp was scraped as they were being twisted, and that was because it wasn’t clean at all. She did great with the two strand twists, but I wasn’t able to even attend my event, which was my favorite cousins 40th birthday party because my scalp and locs were extremely white and flaky. I was so excited for a clean scalp & clean locs, & it just didn’t happen. The picture is after me attempting to wipe out my scalp with a wet towel & adding tons of oil. I wouldn’t book for a shampoo or treatment or any cleansing to my locs and scalp, but I would get a retwist after cleansing. Again, she’s really kind and great customer service. Show more
