Fast and professional service. If you cancel your appointment the deposit is non refundable . NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required before booking. Deposits are applied to the final cost of service.... If for any reason you do not show up to your appointment your deposit will be kept. The only payment required on booksy is the deposit. The rest can be paid in cash, on zelle, or apple pay. Please allow 1 hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If rescheduled four days ahead of your appointment date, your deposit will be applied toward your new appointment. I Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, there is no guarantee we will be able to complete your service the same day. If we are able to reschedule for the same day, your NON-refundable deposit will not be applied to the final cost of your hair style. Please arrive with clean, dry hair for best results. Please come with your hair freshly washed and blow dried with NO oils or products in your hair. (We do not provide hair washing services.) Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment. Only those being serviced will be allowed entry. And please WEAR A MASK. You are welcome to bring your own hair. We do provide hair at an additional charge. We only provide the expression hair. (Please inquire prior to your appointment to ensure we have your preferred style of hair available.) Prices listed are estimated starting prices. Final price is calculated based on length and size of braids. We do not offer refunds. We do offer complimentary repair for loose or missing braids for up to one week after your service. After one week, there is an additional charge to repair or replace braids. In the case we cancel your appointment, for any reason, your deposit will be filly refunded. There is an additional charge if additional braiders are requested for your hairstyle. (Please note if you require additional stylists, when booking.) Doors lock between 6pm-8am. If your appointment is scheduled during these times, please call upon arrival to be let in. If you require a same day appointment, please call before walking in to ensure availability. please remember all the prices are depending on the length and size the prices online are all starting prices.
