Hi Shannon, I apologize if I didn't meet up with your expectations for your design and I did my best to recreate like I always do. Unfortunately I am not the same nail tech that created that nail design but I always give it a try with my abilities. I was not pleased when u asked for a solid color because you waited unil the end of the service to mention u didn’t like anything and I think that would upset any tech when it comes to running behind. I blocked you once I saw u walked out without paying and finally received ur payment after my Zelle request. I was very understanding with your last minute cancellation and moved you to a different day with no deposit required so I do apologize if I was running a little behind but for you to say this was my 3rd strike is uncalled for. Yes it's gonna take 4 hours if your service requires a soak off, detailed nail designs and after requesting a whole re-do once I'm almost done. I hope you find a nail tech that meets your expectations. You can keep editing your review every few minutes thats fine, I know my worth and so do my clients🤍Thank you and have a nice day!
