
The service I received was okay. I booked for a 1:00 appointment and wasn't seen until 2p.m because I was informed that they were behind schedule. I do understand that things happen but what's the point of booking for a set time if the person can't even be seen for that time? Surely, I can understand 10 to 15 minutes but an hour? I was irritated that I was seen late and had to push my schedule back. Honestly, Melanie didn't seem very welcoming. Maybe she was having a bad day. There was little to no conversation. I inquired about purchasing hair and prices. Again, she seemed short. She directed me to another women who I guess was in charge of that process. Although Melanie did tell me the price of what it would cost for a sew in, I had forgot when speaking to the other woman. I asked again of the price just to be sure. The woman then asked Melanie and Melanie replied " I already told her" in a smart like tone. I obviously forgot if I'm asking again. All in all she did what I needed but I probably won't be back.
