I’m truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and that the haircut design didn’t meet your expectations. As a parent myself, I understand how important it is for your child to leave feeling happy and confident, and I’m disappointed we missed the mark. To clarify, the additional $5 charge was for the custom design that was requested, but I understand that if the result didn’t reflect what you had in mind, any extra charge would feel frustrating. As the owner, I take full responsibility, and I’d like to make this right. I will gladly comp the entire cost of that visit, and I’d love the opportunity to personally take care of your child’s next haircut and design—on the house.
