Appt was at 5:30. She was still busy with a customer. She said to go through a door and wait. It was a hallway with several closed doors. We waite...d standing in the hallway for a few mins. She came in and said we could go through and wait more in one of the rooms. Waited another 15 and gave up. She was still with the previous customer. No communication, no customer service. No appt time. No haircut. -5 stars In response to your response. We left the appt because we waited 30 mins after the appt time. No one came to set our expectations on how long we would wait or that the stylist was ready. As we walked out, the stylist was still working on the other customer and said they were ready for us...but the previous customer was still in the chair. So she wasn't really ready to start at that moment. Anyhow that was our experience. We give this information for the sake of others. It doesn't matter how the salon tries to change the narrative. We are not being unfair. We are being factual. It was disappointing customer service. My scheduled appointment was not honored. That is incredibly disrespectful. And pointing to a door that leads to a hallway is not escorting. The stylist was too busy to handle us with the minimum regard that should be given to a new client. We were hoping to find a salon to come back to. The customer service, haircut and time management all failed here.
