New to the area and was looking for a new barber. This was my first time at this shop, and the owner cut my hair. While the haircut itself was good, t...he customer service was disappointing and the overall vibe felt off. He was late starting my cut, didn’t speak at all throughout the appointment, wore AirPods in both ears, and relied on hand gestures and tapping my face instead of simply communicating. I’ve never been to a barber who didn’t speak a single word or felt the need to tap on my face to give directions. No matter how good the haircut was, I won’t be returning. 07/24/2025 Show more
