    • Tattoo Scalp

      Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic treatment for hair loss or thinning hair. It creates a pointillism through realistic visagism to bring volume to the already flawed space. It is also sometimes called hair tattooing. The professional uses small, thin needles to deposit small dots of pigment (color) on the scalp. These dots give the appearance of thicker hair. The pigments in scalp micropigmentation are permanent, cosmetic-grade dyes. By performing scalp micropigmentation, it is possible to hide thinning areas on the scalp. It can also conceal birthmarks or scars. The treatment can also give the illusion of shaved hair or a "short cut" for bald people. Scalp micropigmentation is non-invasive and does not require surgery or anesthesia. The treatment can create the appearance of thicker hair in people who have: Alopecia areata, an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss. Hair loss related to chemotherapy. Hair loss in women. Hormonal conditions that cause hair loss, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Male pattern baldness, receding hairline or baldness at the crown of the head. Fine hair or hair with highlights on the scalp. Scars or birthmarks on the scalp.
