Not the best especially for the price, he was unable to give the style I wanted which was 2 ponytails, also he barely wanted to wash my hair saying th...at I should’ve came at least a little shampooed and to remember to shampoo before appointments and if that’s the case what am I paying you for? Also he was very rough with my hair washing combing and yanking at it practically ripping my hair from my scalp I wouldn’t recommend. Show more

I’m extremely disappointed you chose to lie and try to ruin my business credibility. Your hair was unfortunately matted after having braids in for 3+ months and not detangling immediately after taking them down. I took my time detangling your hair and it added an extra 45 mins on to your appointment and put me behind with my other clients. I shampooed your hair 4 times and gave you a free deep condition. You declined a trim and asked me for 2 pony tails and I nicely explained that’s not something that I do nor did I have the product for and you said you understood that and you also said you loved your hair and kept saying how good of a job I was doing the whole appointment , which makes this review even more strange.
