Mrs. Kelley, while everyone is entitled to their opinion, I’d like to add some context to your review. The reference photos you provided were distant bathroom mirror selfies with very little detail. When I asked for clearer photos, your only instruction was to do an undercut mohawk. Before making a single cut, I parted your hair and showed you exactly where the how much and where the length would be removed. You approved it and never asked for any changes. Id like to point out the same reference photo you provided as “exactly” what you wanted was already a bad haircut and what you’re now describing as looking like a “12-year-old.” In hindsight, I should have declined this appointment. Between criticizing and talking down on other local barbers before Id even started, the uncertainty about what you wanted, and poor personal hygiene (which made the service uncomfortable and more difficult to perform) it simply wasn’t a good fit. I genuinely hope you find a barber who better matches your expectations. Have a great rest of your week.
