October 11th would have been my 3rd visit to this young lady. However she never showed up. I had to call her 2x to let her know I was sitting outside ...in my car in front of her shop. She never answered. I even texted her. She called back within 5 mins of me reaching out to her. She said she was unaware of my appointment. But my appointment was confirmed via email! She said the space had to be fumigated and she couldn't go back in for 2-3 hours. She offered to reschedule for later. But I declined. I'm a big fan of second chances. But this was all I could stand. Very very talented young lady. But does not value her clients time. The first visit was pleasant enough. Nice clean environment, but again she was unprepared for my appointment. She had to go to the store first. The second time she cleaned her restroom while I was sitting in her chair waiting for her to begin my hair. That took about 20-30 minutes. This last time she was a no show. Again talented young lady but she does not value her customers time! She has a cancellation fee if her customers cancel. But what do the customers get if the stylist cancels? Show more
