No respect! My appointment was at 3:45PM. They made me wait 45 min and did not even apologize. The barber shop is very clean and very nice looking. Bu...t making your cuatomer pre pay on an app to make your appointment and then making them wait 45 min without as much as offering an appology or a bottle of water is unacceptable. I was there on time and expected them to be on time as well. Show more
