UPDATE: please see screenshot. Receipts never lie. I definitely reached out and was there before the grace period. You didn't respond until 10 minute...s after my message to you that we couldn't find your location. You sent one message: We're here. She's too late. Nothing else after that. And we called you as well. No answer. Poor business practice. You can respond to this review but never messaged me after. Another tip, update your info in Google maps. I went where the directions took me. I have never been there so how would I know there are no suites and you offered no assistance. And still no business etiquette in your response. ‐----------- Yeah. No thank you. Pros: The cost, close to home. Cons: poor communication. I booked online through booksy. Never received a confirmation until day of. I had to go to their website to make sure the appointment was confirmed before I went. Without this step i would have gotten confirmation 15 minutes before the appointment. Anyway, Someone (supposedly the owner) reached out to confirm the appointment but asked if I could do a later time. I agreed. Day of: I was running late. They said the grace period is 15 minutes. I was there in 9 minutes but could not find the location. Apparently it's in the suites but the receptionist sent us to the wrong suite , my daughter ( she is not a child FYI) went back down and they made us wait. They called and they got no answer. Told us to text ( I also called the number that has been texting me and the VM says to text) . He responds 10 minutes later saying we're here but she's too late. Sir. I explained what happened with the receptionist of the building. Radio silent. 24 whole hours later. I tried to give him the opportunity to do something. Still no I'm sorry for the confusion. Let's reschedule. Nothing. My husband has been an established barber for 25 years. You can tell these folks don't have business etiquette. We were coming here to save a bit and support the learning by going to the schools with the apprentice. I'm cool on this one.

Hello Thank you for your review. We were at our location awaiting your arrival. You text mentioning you are running late. You asked what is our grace period is, I mentioned 15 minutes. We did not receive another text or call til after our grace period nor did you arrive. Unfortunatelyou never arrived. I texted you our address when you first you confirmed your appointment time. You apparently were at the wrong location. We do not have suites nor a receptionist. Thank you.
