Deposits are required at booking, unless of an emergency, they’re non- refundable but in the case of any unforeseen circumstances with approval , your booking may be discussed to be changed for a later day or time. I give a grace period of 10-15 Mins max on being late to appointments for client and stylist, after that time if I do not hear any communication your slot will become unavailable.
