Ms Erica S was very helpful and professional. I brought my grandson for the first time to have his hair washed and blow dried. He usually cries, screa...ms, and displays an enormous amount of anxiety at home. However, Ms. Erica S was able to decrease his anxiety in fact he did not cry or scream. She was patient with him and his moving about in the chair. Next stop braids and picture day. Show more
