My first time booking with this person left much to be desired. My appointment was originally at 12:00, and she pushed it back to 12:30. That was an i...nconvenience, but fine, I accepted it. But then I got there, and she was still working on that person. For an hour, I sat at the shampoo bowl waiting for her to be done with her previous client. While I waited, I noticed the filthy state of her suite. The cleanliness of the space could be way better. She finally started doing my hair at 1:30, so I asked for a discount for the inconvenience; the highest she could take off was $15. I accommodate her even though she knowingly overbooked her appointments, and I only get a $15 discount? All in all, a terrible experience; would not recommend. Show more

Thank you for your feedback, yes your appointment was at 12:00pm but I asked you an hour beforehand to push to 12:30 you also forgot to mention that I told you that you DID NOT have to and if you were going to be inconvenienced to not worry about it. But yet you still agreed which you could have kindly said no but did not. Yes when you arrived I was running behind which is what I stated when I originally reached out to you at 11am an hour before our appointment. Furthermore, my suite was tidy as the trash was put away and yes my counter had a few hair items on them as you were my 3rd client of the day also as you watched me sweep up and clean after my client before you and after yourself. You were very rude from the beginning you kept holding your head down during your service and I kept readjusting your head. So we both can say both of our experiences was not the best but, at the end of the day you advised you were satisfied with your service and did not speak up any further in regards to these concerns which leads me to believe you are looking for things to pick about. Please when leaving a review be 100% honest about your behalf as well. Thank you for booking, your hair came out amazing which there is no complaint about.

Thank you for your feedback, I apologize that I did not meet your standards. Due to the integrity of your hair we went with a Glueless closure method. As you can see in the photo your hairline is very thin and to create less tension on your hairline a minimal leave out method was used which was discussed at the appointment before moving forward. I reached out to you personally to address the issue after the review was posted expressing that I wish you would have communicated with me to resolve the issue because I would have done so kindly. I also asked if you were satisfied with your hair before leaving my suite you replied yes and also tipped me on top of the service as if you were. Given your first appointment was a no call no show I still allowed you to book again from the conversation we had. A little communication could have fixed the issue but thank you for still supporting me♥️
