The appointment took about an hour which is great. She was really nice. We didn’t really talk and there were times when there was no music playing so ...it was super awkward in my opinion. I just hate awkward silences so I was ready to leave. I was getting an acrylic nail refill and opted for a single color instead of my usual French tips. (Last time it cost me $90 which is wild) They came out really great except for the sides. I like full coverage for the color and she left a lot of the sides unpainted which I don’t like and didn’t notice until the next day. Overall I will come back but I’m not completely sold yet. I’ve left multiple great reviews and was a loyal customer. Disappointed because I really like this place. Didn’t have a great experience with the technician today. Please ask your customers to clean their hands BEFORE you rub lotion with nail clippings all over their arms and don’t tell someone to leave after 5 minutes of drying nails unless you’re sure they are dry.
