Appointment was made and confirmed on Jan 31. A day before my appointment which was set for February 9th I sent her a text to confirm the appointment ...was still a go. She replied the day of the appointment saying she needs to move me to 330 instead of 11am which was the scheduled time because her husband was not going to be home. I understand safety is a priority so I said ok. I text her at 230 the day of my appointment to tell her I would be running a few minutes late and her reply 15 minutes later is “I’m not feeling I need to cancel your appointment”. The worst communication skills I have ever had to endure. Absolutely pathetic! Please be aware if you are a new client. Show more

I do the best I can & hardly cancel on my clients. I show up & show out.
