I tried giving Christian multiple chances, but after three bad experiences, I won’t be returning. I initially booked with him because he was the close...st barber to me, but each time I scheduled an appointment, he either showed up late or double-booked me. The first time, he was 20 minutes late but apologized, so I let it slide. The second time, I arrived on time for my appointment, only to find him just starting another client's full haircut. I waited 30 minutes before having to leave. He later apologized and rescheduled me for the evening, which I appreciated. However, the third time I booked, he was late again, greeted other clients before me, and then took another person for a cut even though my appointment was first. It became clear that he doesn’t respect appointments, which defeats the purpose of booking in advance. If you value your time, I’d recommend finding a more professional and punctual barber. There are plenty out there who actually honor their appointments. This is in response to your reply: Thanks for the acknowledgment, but the issue isn't just occasional lateness, it's a repeated pattern of overbooking and not valuing your clients' time. If you know that clients coming late causes a domino effect, it’s your responsibility as a professional to manage your schedule better, not make others pay for it by keeping them waiting. I understand that mistakes happen, which is why I gave you multiple chances (3) despite being late, double-booked, and overlooked in favor of walk-ins. If you truly value appointments, you’d take steps to improve instead of dismissing concerns and telling dissatisfied clients to "find better business elsewhere." Best of luck, but I hope you take this as an opportunity to fix the issue, rather than just brushing off valid feedback. Show more

Hello, Hector I appreciate your negative feedback about timing, which, I do apologize for. Unfortunately mistakes were made on my behalf, where I either double booked or fell behind on time, sometimes clients make appointments and come late which makes me late to my next appointment. I hope you understand this and find better business else where!
