Rachel is the best! I’ve had my lashes a month and they still look amazing. She is a sweetheart, so down to earth and easy to talk to. She makes you f...eel welcomed the minute you walk through the door. Her shop is beautifully decorated and clean. I highly recommend her. Show more

Availability is not accurate. Had appointment scheduled for Friday and if I don’t call I would of never known that the location was going to be closed... not only that when I informed her that I was already there she had an attitude and told me that it wasn’t my appointment time yet when I was only notifying her not only that she was not even at location so I had to wait in my car. She also notify me that she would be there in 5 minutes and did not showed up until almost 30 mins later so not only was she rude but late as well. Work wise lashes where ok but definitely not the best I had gotten. For sure will not be going back and it was not worth the almost $130 I spent on them, she really needs to work on her customer service and attitude. Show more

I am sorry you feel this way there is traffic in Tampa I was coming from a mobile I would never want am to be late I am only human I cannot control things like that. Also I tell all my clients to accommodate two hours for their appointment and I only took an hour and 15 minutes on yours so   I am not totally sure why you would like to give someone a bad review.  there was still time left over also you came in telling me just to do whatever not knowing what you wanted there are hundreds of styles. And if you were dissatisfied I would’ve 100% worked with you or tried another style.  this is my salon and I won’t tolerate any disrespect  therefore I would not service you again anyway thank you

I was recently getting my lashes done at Amazing Lash Studio and I could not put up with their inconsistency anymore so I relied on booksy for assist...ance and that's when I came across Rachel's Lashery. Her reviews and photos looked bomb so I had to give her a chance and I'm so glad that I did. I showed Rachel a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that and within a hour (Volume Full Set). She was very welcoming and has a great personality, her lashery is extremely comfy and clean and I can honestly say I can't wait to go back! Show more

The was a horrible experience. This is my first time scheduling a lash appointment with Ms. Rachel. I drove to the lash salon 20 minutes away from my ...home on my lunch break. Rachel stated on her Boosky refill would only take 45 minutes. I arrived to the lash salon 2:17pm. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15pm. There was another young lady working in salon when I ask for Rachel. She stated Rachel stepped out she will be right back. 10 minutes later she texted Rachel, who then said for me to text her. I asked the young lady was everything okay!? She said Rachel is an appointment and would like to speak with you via text. I texted Rachel now going on 2:30pm. Rachel texted back stated she had an appointment and can reschedule me. Needless to say I politely declined an appointment. This definitely wasn’t my expectation for a new lash technician. Show more

You arrived 22 minutes late and I wasn’t feeling good so I went to urgent care which one of our staff communicated! If you were on time you’re service would have been completed. Thank you for your feedback

I arrived 2 minutes after my original appointment time, and Rachel was very sweet about it. I really appreciated the short amount of time it took to g...et my eyelashes done!! It was maybe a total of an hour? Which I really appreciated! My lashes are so pretty, and look so natural. Rachel used correct sizing on my eyes, so the lashes are not too long, and are not too short! She listened to what I wanted and executed that correctly. In form of payment, she uses cash app which is really easy form of payment! As far as communication, she was on vacation and took time out of her vacation to write me and schedule me on her books! I liked the location, it’s really pretty inside and kept very clean! Which is great if you’re a client who is worried about Covid!. Thanks again for your professionalism Rachel. Show more

I've been going to Rachel to get my lashes done since November 2020. I started with classic lash extensions and recently have been getting hybrid. Whi...chever you choose : classic, hybrid, volume, Rachel will have your eyes popping! She does meticulous work and I love just chatting with her. I get my fills every 3 weeks...sometimes 4 if I'm busy. So they definitely last! And like I said, she's very meticulous. As a licensed esthetician, she also does facials and can recommend some BOMB skin care products. I love her acne facials. She plays relaxing music and spends an hour cleansing my skin. Show more

Rachel!! I wish I could take her everywhere with me! I travel a lot and have been to a few lash techs, but Rachel is by far my favorite! She genuinely... cares about your natural lashes and about the ones she puts on. She will always put her clients first before anything. She is amazing! Show more
