I booked my appointment on a Sunday for 5:30 at 12:30ish and was called the time the shop closed at 3 pm that they weren't able to give me a haircut, ...why couldn't they call me earlier so that i could make rearrangements? Why does booksy allow them to make appointments so late when they know they close early? This was supposed to be my first time getting a haircut with them as well. Learn to run your business better. Sorry for incovence my shop closes at 3 pm on Sunday I don’t know why does Booksy allowed you to book me for 5:30 pm on Sunday if my shop closes at 3 pm.
