Ruby is amazing! I’ve left a prior review but now I don’t get wet set I get hybrids wispy spikes so wanted to leave another I also get Brazilian wax! ...Let me just say I ALWAYS get complimented on my lashes & they make me feel so beautiful thanks to her! As a SAHM of 4 I’m exhausted & makeup isn’t easy to do with 2 babies running around tugging my leg lol. So going to sleep & waking up with lashes is such a help! She does EXACTLY how I’ve always wanted for years & years of lash search. Also I love the result of waxing! She makes me feel comfortable & like it’s no big deal bcuz it isn’t! She was very helpful with being sure to teach me after care & answering any questions I had after and before! If you’re hesitant on the wax go for it!!! So worth it!!! I’ll never return to shaver. I got a Wet set with add on Spikes/Wispy. Ruby is AMAZING! So..After having a horrible experience @ ANOTHER lash tech in New Lenox. I was defeated fe...eling & ISO of a tech that I believed could achieve what I wanted. I came across Ruby on Instagram & was so thankful I did! I immediately fell in love with her work she’s very talented:) we conversed, she was so kind in answering all my questions & concerns even when I felt I was maybe being annoying lol due to my at the time fear due to what the last tech did to me :( but ruby was so assuring & kind & informative. So I booked I also booked a Brazilian Wax and my first one at that! She also answered all questions about that. Her environment as in her work space is so cute, clean, & such a pleasant warm relaxing welcoming feeling & vibes! Super cute! She also has such adorable add ons available to purchase. Seriously looking forward to my fill to get some stuff : Lastly; my lashes came out so dreamy beautifully doll like and perfect I was so happy!!! As far as my wax goes she did wonderful!
