Natalie was so friendly and personable. She spent 5-10 minutes really listening to and understanding what my 13-year-old son wanted, which is no easy ...task. I left to do some quick grocery shopping and when I returned they were chatting it up about school, sports, life, etc. The shop is super eclectic and fun, and Natalie couldn't have been nicer. We booked at Forma for my 10 year old son’s haircut. We wanted to keep his hair long and I had an image we used for inspiration. Natalie’s cut was spo...t on and she advised us how to style it. The best part of the experience was that Natalie kept my son engaged the entire time she cut his hair. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely be going here for future appointments.
