Case provided an exceptional five-star service from the moment I entered the establishment. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival. Although I had mis...takenly arrived on the wrong day, the other barbers kindly offered to cut my hair. It was my first visit to this barbershop, and I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere. Unlike many barbershops, the music was not excessively loud, allowing for comfortable conversation with the barbers. I had initially spoken to Case about my appointment, but unfortunately, he was fully booked for the day. I returned the following day, the actual date of my appointment, and he was prepared to serve me. Case meticulously cut my hair precisely according to my instructions. Despite having a challenging hairline, he skillfully managed to create an edgy style without resorting to pushing it back or using hair fibers. The entire experience was remarkably positive, particularly for someone like myself who typically finds barbershop environments unpleasant. Case made me feel at ease and demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout the visit. Show more
