Honestly disappointed with our experience. She rescheduled us 10 minutes before the appointment on Mother’s Day, throwing off our whole day we had pla...nned. Was told she was giving a 25% discount, but all she did was refund the tip I prepaid…not a real discount. My son was happy with his hair in the end though. But will probably be booking with someone else in the future. Huge shoutout to Tasman though, he stepped up and gave us a free cut even though the issue wasn’t his fault. That gesture really stood out. Show more
