After 8 appointments y’all decided to respond this way towards me ?? Ok let’s break this down !!! 1st Your son suddenly moved to the left while I was using the clipper close to his ear and it nicked him and it began to bleed a little bit, so I then got your husband's attention and explained to him what happened and he replied to me that "Its Okay" and 2nd, just keep in mind that kids skins are more sensitive and even the teeth of the clipper can irritate the skin... we also use straight razors as well so there is always a small chance of irritation!!! And some advice on how to go about this incident if this were to happen again just contact me and explain your worries or frustration's instead of writing a negative review making it seem like I do this every appointment.
