      Dark Lip Neutralization is a key process for anyone who has any hyperpigmentation, darkness or cool tones on their lips prior to a lip blush session. Neutralization can be a long process (varies with each client) however most clients will require a touch up after 8 weeks. *Touchups not included* Please send clear photos of your bare lips to be approved prior to booking. All photos must be in good lighting and with no filter. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 mins late, you will need to reschedule and forfeit your booking fee. I arrived to this apartment on December 8th 2022 I was fooled by fake pictures on social media because services are not done at a med spa I did the li...p filler as advertised my lips are on day 3 as I will post pictures below as if i had nothing done just awful painful bruises this terrible woman will not refund me my money ! Not to mention that pen is not fda approved and causes permanent damage I hope this review helps other stay away and beware when I asked about my refund she added in petty remarks and laughed at the fact yes she has been reported to Dbpr Florida and I have pictures to prove so this gets handled accordingly ladies and men please be aware ! ……….update to my review as you can see her reply ! I have asked for my money back I do not want a follow up appointment for this because my lips being bruised and maybe having permanent damage from this makes me really uncomfortable to go back and have this type of service done again but she would rather give away free product then give a refund that lets me know further that this is cheap product being used! More than likely Amazon not an actual high grade of something in a med spa I don’t not ever want to get this done again ! Save your self the drama with this woman and nobody is harassing her conversation went left because she accused me of wanting a free service lol and brought up my teeth how unprofessional was that ! lady I don’t have service to even show anyone I did and clearly your product is cheaper then what I paid so you tried to give me that instead I only asked when the touch up is needed because i could see by day 2 how low it was didn’t think by day 3 it would be nothing so then i asked for my refund that i should of got because there’s nothing there lol the picture shows date as review shows date of service like come on bro 😂 at this point keep it because I already made the necessary calls ! goodbye Show more

Good afternoon Veronica, we are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience we did explain that this procedure is to be done in multiple sessions you cancelled your first appointment due to a "screwed up teeth procedure" and only had one session I offered you a touch up appointment as well as a follow up appointment which you have refused. On my Instagram it shows and says that I work from home that was never a secret. I have a license and am fully certified in more than 1 state including florida. The device is legal for certified professionals. I have also offered you proof of licensing and certification as well. You knew from the beginning that the procedure will be done using a Hyaluron pen and had no hesitations at the time of appointment. All pictures and work is mine being that I also work in Georgia and NY some settings may look different than others. Also when You came to my home and if you were not comfortable because it is not a med spa as you mentioned you had every right to walk out. I also want to mention that after procedure was done you left satisfied and had no Ill feelings towards me the Hyaluron pen or procedure. The next day you also texted me expressing how satisfied you are with outcome and that you wanted to know how long to wait for a re touch to add more volume. A day later all of a sudden you started to harass me and call me names which I was still very respectful towards your concerns and offered a follow up visit which you refused .

NO RESULTS! Home Based- Hyaluron pen, she is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable I have no complaints there. I thought it was a great idea after... seeing the Instagram photos. I spent so much money and 2 days after the appointment everything was dissolved and back to the normal. She said to give it 4 days for the filler to “settle” but a week passed and it just looked exactly how it did BEFORE the appointment. I tried contacting her explaining the issues and work this out in the easiest manner, I even sent her PROOF PHOTOS that it didn’t work and everything was exactly the same, then she proceeded to ignore my messages while still posting on her story. We are planning on taking legal actions for this scam, so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else… Show more
