She took the time to clearly explain each st...ep of the treatment process and made sure all my questions were answered, which really helped me feel at ease. Her professionalism and patience stood out—she kept a steady pace the entire appointment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Since it was my first time getting twists, I wasn’t sure what size would look best. I told her to go with whatever she thought would suit my face, and she went with a smaller size than I expected—but I absolutely loved how they turned out! I also appreciated that she didn’t upcharge for the size, which I had seen some stylists do during my research. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back in six weeks.
