I booked my appt with Aracellys.. when I went in, I was told she wouldn’t be coming in and that Flor would take care of me. I would’ve appreciated a c...all or text to let me know that my technician had been changed. Flor was amazing she was super sweet and attentive. However, when I went to pay.. she charged me the price of a gel mani… which was completely different then what was advertised here. I had already paid a 50% deposit to book.. so I only owed 50%.. Flor called aracellys to ask what she should charge and she didn’t answer.. then it was a guessing game between all the staff as to what I should be charged. Finally I paid the magical number they threw out.. which was $12 more than what the price was on Booksy. Completely unprofessional. The only good thing about my visit was Flor being the sweetest.. but I found It very unprofessional that I wasn’t told my nail person had changed, wasn’t given a straight answer on price, and was charged more than what was advertised. Dear Valentina we are happy to hear you had a great service. first of all we want to CONFIRM that Aracellys doesn't do manicures so your appointment was set with Flor and from what I hear she did a great service second of all like I told you on the phone we don’t know how it happened that they charge you a bit more than they should since we were not at location, but just to make sure we are refunding your deposit so you’ll end up paying less than what you should’ve paid.
