I wasn’t going to say anything but I decided to mainly because I didn’t deserve the kind of treatment i got. So 1st of all, i found this barber on ig ...and i liked the work. Plus as a cosmo instructor, i wanted to support a young man fresh out of barber school. Anyways, i booked for my son. He confirmed and my son went to the appointment. Now i really bypassed the fact that there was hella cursing, weed smoke, and a whole instagram production on live as my son was getting cut, but i didnt trip mainly bcuz my son didn’t mind and the cut came out good. But at the same time my son is only 13 years old and didn’t need to be around all that! But whatever. Their young barbers so it is what it is. I STILL TIPPED THIS MAN $20 and posted on my ig to show support. So next, i book agin. He confirmed the morning of which was fine. 2 hours befortge appoint, he texts me, mind u, no “hi”no “hi this is” BCUZ I DIDNT HAVE HIS NUMBER SAVED I HAD NO CLUE WHO IT WAS BUT I ASSUMED. So he says “can we reschedule for for tomorrow im leaving early today”. And im thinking WHY WOULD YOU CONFIRM OR EVEN HAVE THAT TIME SLOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE IF THAT WAS THE CASE? So i say “hi what time did u have available for tomorrow” to at least get my son rescheduled, he doesn’t respond. So I message him agin damn near pleading bcuz he really needed the appointment. He never responds. No apology no nothing! Which is hella rude and unprofessional! The thing is, im a good customer, i book online how im supposed to. I tip. Im not problem at all. So to be treated like trash for no reason is super disappointing. Its not all about likes and followers it’s about TREATING PEOPLE RIGHT AND BEING PROFESSIONAL! DO BETTER. God dont bless situations that u dont stay a good person in! Show more
