Horrible , I booked an appointment in advance & was told they was able to do it. I get to my appointment that was at 9am lady did not get there till 9...:15 I was outside waiting. After that it took 1 hour & 30 minutes of the lady trying to do the style I asked for & was told they was able to do it. This was for my graduation. After a while I just said I was done to just forget about it because I was running out of time. They still tried to charge me $30 dollars just for slicking my hair back & edges which was not even slicked back. Highly upset because this messed up my whole graduation. Never again Show more
