It’s true when they say the 3rd time is a charm, cause after going through 2 different locticians I found Shayan. I knew she was the person for me aft...er my very first appointment. She has a cool vibe and was very knowledgeable about what it takes to have healthy hair. When I first sat in her chair, my locs were lifeless and unhealthy. In a year’s time Shayan did everything she promised and my locs are finally beginning to flourish! Her mists and oils feel great in the scalp and helped in the process of getting my hair back healthy. To say that Shayan went above and beyond is an understatement! she completely exceeded any expectations I had and I am absolutely in love my locs!! All the stars for Shayan and Chicago Loc Bar! My 16-year-old son just got locs and she helped every step of the way! The virtual appointment was so he...lpful for my son to express what he was looking for, and Shayan listened to what he wanted while giving great advice for what would work best. His appointment was 10.5 hours and he was comfortable and supported the entire time - and Shayan’s work is simply beautiful! She is an artist! After his appointment, we felt like we understood all that is needed to care for his locs, and we are all set up for a maintenance appointment.
