I had a great experience with Shay. I received the instant loc service at the Elgin location. The service was about 7/8 hours due to the texture of my... hair. She listened to my concerns regarding other loc attempts and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Ofc she’s my new stylist :) now. Great vibes , dope person yall check her out!
